TCDB Monday!

Another week down, another week's worth of trades to discuss from TCDB!  Let's get right to it.

We'll start with a PWE from user Donnie Sawyer:

My quest to track down all of the Chrome Mojo cards from this year's Topps Silver packs continues!  It's nice to find team collectors with extras, I believe that's what happened here as I was able to grab a pair of shiny Royals in a nice swap (I sent several different Royals Donnie's way).

We can keep the shiny love going with my next trade, courtesy of user justhavinfun:

Yep, three more Chrome Mojo cards, including two more from the All-Star set.  I appreciate the fact that Topps made the American League All-Stars red and the National Leaguers blue (as they did back in the 1990 set).

My next trade to highlight is actually two different trades, both made with user herkojerko, last week.  Here's the combined result of those two swaps:

Thanks to the two swaps, I was able to land 20 different cards (i.e., a full 20% of each of the two Series 2 Chrome sets)!  It's rare for me to find one trading partner with 20 cards that I need, so to do so made for a great week of trading (but I'm still not quite done)!

My final trade of the week was with user Redsfan:

The original trade envelope arrived a couple of weeks ago, but unfortunately for me, it held the wrong Barry Larkin card.  Luckily, Redsfan was able to send along the correct one (the die-cut version of the two Larkin cards you see above).  In addition, I was able to land one of the final Silver Pack Mojo cards that I needed from Series 1 (all of the other Chrome cards in today's post were from Series 2).

All's well that ends well, and this past week ended very well!

That does it for a great week over on TCDB.  Here's to many more weeks of solid trading action in the future!
