The Hall of Gold insert set was a large set (110 cards, split across the two series). They weren't particularly rare (seeded 1:6 packs) but trying to locate a card of your favorite player wasn't easy given the large set size. You can also tell that the set was too large by the complete lack of effort made by Score on the card design. Heck, even the write-up on the back is mostly phoned in. Between the poor design, the foilboard (yuck), and the much-too-large insert set size, this is a set that is best left uncollected save for picking up the card of your favorite player.
