This is the third (out of a known three) different variations for this particular Barry Larkin card. There's the "common pack version," the "factory set version," and now this one - the "variation version." What's the variation, you ask? Well, look carefully at the copyright line on the bottom of the card back - see the "1990, Leaf, Inc" line? This is the version without the period after "Inc". That's right, the other pack version has a period there.
I didn't say player collecting wasn't sometimes kind of stupid. But hey, here we are and this one now one less stupid variation that I need to track down!
The 1991 Diamond Kings were the last ones that weren't inserts, aka impossible to get as a kid....I always like the look of the original Diamond Kings, but otherwise 1990-91 Donruss was terrible....
