The Perils of the Internet: Topps Customer Service Help Re-Requested.

About a month ago, I wrote about my Million Card Giveaway account that appeared to be hacked.  Some jackwagon stole (there's no other word for it) five vintage cards and replaced them with a 1986 Mike Moore.

To date, Topps still hasn't responded to my email - last night, I sent them the same email again (along with an impassioned plea for some sort of assistance).  Topps Customer Service doesn't have the best track record across much of the blog-o-sphere, but up until this incident, I've been happy with Topps' Customer Service...but that's the thing with the internet, (or any part of life for that matter), one rotten apple (or incident) can ruin a whole applie pie (or goodwill to a specific card company).

Side note:  I'm amused by the fact that you can buy a Mike Moore card from Amazon.com...and even more amused that the "best price" is $2.95!
