Delivery Time! Trade with Trey from Trey's Astros

I recently completed a bunch of trades (in fact, my trade counter for the year has now hit triple digits)!  One such trade was with Trey from Trey's Astros.  Trey and I exchanged a few cards from a bunch of different sets along with some inserts.  Here are some of the highlights that I ended up with:

2011 Topps:
Diamond Parallels:
474.  Jeff Mathis
564.  Jeff Samardzija

The two Diamond Parallels that Trey sent me earn him a pair of entries into my contest.  At this point, I am now in full force mode chasing the Series 2 Diamonds (along with the couple of Series 1 diamonds that I'm still missing).  Any help is appreciated!

60 Years of Topps:
65.  Brooks Robinson

There sure is a lot of orange going on with this card...

Diamond Duos:
15.  Lincecum & Wilson
25.  Teixeira & Gonzalez

Trey also sent me a few base cards from 2011 Topps Series 2, but you've all seen those so many times by now that I won't bore you by scanning them.  That said, they are still just as appreciated as any other card that I need!

I also ended up with a bunch of Topps Attax cards.  Yep, that's right - I'm trying to put the set together because I'm a fool.

Don't pity the fool...
Help a poor fool out!

Trey sent me 12 cards from the Attax set that I needed - here are a couple of my favorites:

37.  Carl Crawford

The Wall Climber ability on Crawford's card seems like it would be pretty good if you actually played the game.  For the record, I did try the game once with my younger brother - it was kind of fun for awhile but we haven't played since that first attempt.  On second thought, I guess that means it really wasn't all that much fun - or at least not as much fun as the PS3 is for us...

212.  Diamondbacks Mascot

Ok Diamondback fans, why is your mascot a cat type thing when you are the Diamondbacks?  Shouldn't your mascot be a snake?  What am I missing here??  Also, "Please Beware" on your sign outside your mascot's den?  Please?!  Either you beware or you don't beware, there's no please involved in beware-ing.

Thanks for the trade Trey!  And, as always, if anyone else would like to trade - check out my want list and make an offer!
