Contest: Round 3 is Now Open - Get Writing!

We began the contest with 37 entrants and we are now down to our final 8!  For Round 3, I've upped the difficulty a bit more - the card prompts are a bit of a hodgepodge of late 90s goodness.  If we've learned anything in the first few rounds it's that the remaining contestants have some amazing talents at coming up with great stories based on a single card.  Let's hope that magic continues - good luck to all!

I have a request for all vanquished competitors.  You aren't done yet - if you'd like to, send me a scan of a single baseball card that might make for a fun writing prompt.  In this way, you might be able to get a little "revenge" by having your card chosen as a writing prompt in the NEXT round.  I have a few cards already but I'd like a few more in order to have the best possible choice/selection!  Thanks
