The 2011 Topps Gypsy Queen set was very kind to Barry Larkin. Larkin was in the base set (and thus in all of the mini parallels such as this particular card). He was also in the paper bordered partial parallel set. This particular card is a mini card that has the same dimensions as an Allen & Ginter mini card. As in Allen & Ginter, Topps created a whole bunch of different versions of the mini cards - this one happens to be from the slightly rarer Gypsy Queen back parallel set.
Other than the back of the card (and the size), the card is exactly like the regular base card. Given how boring the backs of the regular base cards were, you don't lose much by having the picture of a Gypsy Queen in red ink on the backside of the card.
