Another week of summer vacation is complete, and now the month of August is staring me in the face. As usual, I have no idea how the summer flies by so quickly! While I need to start thinking about my courses I'm teaching this fall soon, that task can wait a little longer while I instead focus on some baseball cards that came in the mail last week!
Unfortunately, I didn't do any trading over on TCDB. However, all is not lost since I did receive another envelope full of cards from my recent Sportlots purchase:
Courtesy of user criswest, I was able to nab another four cards for my 2025 Topps Silver Pack Mojo set build. The Bo Jackson is from Series 1, while the other three cards are all from Series 2. The collection process has been a slow go, but hey, at least it's given me something fun to work on all summer long!
That's it for last week's Sportlots purchase. I am sitting on one more purchase that arrived missing a card. Once that's resolved, I'll have one more package to show off, and then it'll be back to the drawing board in terms of acquiring more needed cards for my collection!
