Group Break #5: 1999 Fleer Mystique - Packs 16 and 17 (HIT Found!)

Edit:  Please see the quick note at the top of this post.  Also, I will now schedule these old posts even more frequently to get them all finished off by the end of today.  There is lots of reading available for you on a Sunday!

----
Once again, good morning!  It's time for another two packs of Fleer Mystique - and as you can tell from the title of the post, there's a hit to be found in the second pack.  Thus, I'll spoil the first pack as a whole, then the second pack just to make things more interesting.  A few teasers about the hit:
1.  It's for a team that didn't have a hit in this break, but is a team that I usually do seem to pull hits for.
2.  It's a unique type of relic - one that I've never pulled a card of.
3.  It's hand numbered.
4.  This is NOT the hit I was hyping earlier on.  This is a new hit that was just discovered!
5.  Scroll down to see the card itself.

1999 Fleer Mystique:
Pack 16:

43.  Rondell White - Expos
44.  Curt Schilling - Phillies
60.  Ellis Burks - Giants
Checklist

And the mystery card:
70.  Mark McGwire - Cardinals

Does anyone know the answer to this (and advance apologies if someone has already answered it on a previous blog entry while I was gone - I'm still typing these ahead of time), but are the superstar base cards only found as mystery cards?  If so, that's dumb.

And now, the pack with the hit:

Pack 17:

27.  Carlos Delgado - Blue Jays
32.  Henry Rodriguez - Cubs
Only two base cards because of the relic.  But first, let's see if we get double lucky with a cool mystery card...

9.  Vladimir Guerrero - Expos

Ok, not double lucky...but still, not a bad card to get!

And finally, the hit:

Feel the Game:  Relic:
Adrian Beltre - Dodgers
Official Game Shoe - Hand numbered 104/430

This might be the coolest card that I've pulled in anything other than Allen & Ginter.  I've never pulled a shoe card before - you can definitely tell it's a shoe by the leather.  On the back of the card, Fleer even showed you the show the relic piece came from - something that all companies ought to do.  You can also see a bit of the stitching on the side of the relic window - and with the hand-numbering, this is easily the best card of the break so far (and I emphasize so far)...
