The Ultimate Allen & Ginter Mini Set Bracket: The FINALS! (Vote Now for the Last Time!)

We have finally reached the end of the road for the Ultimate Ginter Mini Set Bracket.  Through countless posts, you all have been voting and now (finally) we are about ready to crown the best Allen & Ginter mini set in Topps' history.  Only one vote remains and only one set can claim the title of the best of the best.

#1 seed 2008 Baseball Icons vs.  #7 seed 2016 Ferocious Felines

Not shown above are the final two cards of the set since this is an inexplicable 17-card set.

The #1 seeded 2008 Baseball Icons set has looked unbeatable throughout the entire tournament.  For reference, here are the vote tallies for the Baseball Icons set from each round:  16-1, 11-4, 12-3, 14-4, 12-8.  Only the Final Four match-up against the upstart Man's Best Friend dog set offered up any sort of challenge to the #1 seed of the tournament.

The yellow papers indicate cards that I'm still missing from the set.

On the other hand, the #7 seeded Ferocious Felines has somehow made it all the way to the end despite numerous close calls:  11-5, 8-6, 11-3, 9-8, 8-8.  That's right, the Felines actually tied in the Final Four against the Flags of All Nations set (my personal choice but I'm not voting in this contest to keep things fair).  Thanks to the first vote on the post going to the Felines, it's the cats that moved on to the finals.

On paper, this looks like a true rout but I guess we shall see what happens with the voting.  Who knows, maybe there are more cat lovers out there than I think?
