Trade Stack 23: Vintage Card - Upper Deck Style.

Here is how this works:
Every so often (i.e. whenever I feel like it), I will add a card to a "Trade Stack".  Whenever the stack becomes appealing enough to someone, that person needs to comment on the post saying they'd like to claim the stack AND tell me which card they are sending off of my want list.  That's all you have to do - trade me ONE card (or more, of course) card from my want list for the entire stack of cards that I'm offering.  Each time, it will be first come, first serve...so act quickly (unless of course you are a gambler and hope to wait it out until there are 10+ cards in the stack that you want in exchange for a single 2004 UD Vintage card that I am looking for)!

The Trade Stack:
Last update:  6/12/11

One of my (many) projects this summer is to organize all of my extra baseball cards.  Right now, my cards are a bit scattered.  I have my complete sets (and sets I'm working on) mostly in binders.  I have piles of cards that are for trade (listed by card number on my blog) and then I have boxes full of "other cards."  Some of the boxes are sorted by set (but not listed on my blog) while other boxes are team specific.  Obviously, some teams are much more popular than others - for instance, as soon as I get a Dodger card I have about 20 gazillion people who would like it much more than me.  Other teams, however, just sit in the box without anyone seeming to want them.  Every once and a while, I take a chance and pull a card from the box for the trade stack - that's where today's card comes from.  The Padres are probably one of the few teams that I've never had a request for.  No one seems to collect the Padres, and as such, my box of Padres is probably the fullest box of team trade bait that I currently own!  Will this trade stack introduce me to a bevy of Padre collectors?  I sure hope so!
